Metrics

The Metrics screen shows the conversion, approval and risk of your transactions. In the menu, open Reports → Metrics.

#Period and currency

Pick the period with the 7d, 30d and 90d buttons in the corner of the screen. The screen opens on 7d. Days are counted in your account's time zone, and today is included.

In Display values in, at the top of the screen, All currencies adds up the charges of every currency in the account, and a single currency shows only that currency's charges. Payment methods vary by currency. The same choice applies to Balance & Statement, Fees and Faturamento, and it is saved in this browser.

The screen refreshes by itself while it is open.

Test charges are not counted.

#The cards

  • Overall conversion: how much of the charges created in the period was paid. Right below it you see paid over created. With no charges in the period, the card shows "—".
  • One card for each payment method with charges in the period, such as PIX conversion or Card approval: of the charges that offered the method, how many were paid with it. A charge that offers more than one method counts in each of them.
  • Refunds: how many refunds were completed in the period, and the amount per currency.
  • Chargebacks: MEDs and card disputes opened in the period, by the date the case was opened.

The Chargebacks card counts the cases of every currency, even with a single currency picked in Display values in. A "+" after the number means there are more cases than the screen managed to count. If the count fails, the card shows "—" and the notice "Could not load the cases". The cases are in Disputes & MED Cases.

#Funnel by method

The Funnel by method table has one row per method, with the columns Method, Created, Paid and Conversion. With no charges in the period, it shows "No transactions in the period."

Percentages are rounded to the nearest whole number.

To see each charge, open Transactions.

#When the screen does not load

If the numbers do not arrive, the screen shows Failed to load data with the Try again button. A failure never shows up as zero conversion.
