Transactions

Transactions shows everything that came in and went out of your account: payments and withdrawals, in a single list. In the menu, open Sales → Transactions. Times follow your account's time zone, written in the screen subtitle.

Charges live here. To see only them, open More filters and pick Payments only in Type. A saved link to the old charges screen opens this screen already on Payments only and All time.

#New charge

New charge opens New Pix charge:

  1. Type the Amount and, if you want, the Description.
  2. In Expiration, pick 15 minutes, 1 hour or 24 hours (preselected). It is the preferred time to pay; the confirmed deadline shows on the charge.
  3. In Customer (optional), fill in Name, Tax ID and Email, if you want.
  4. Click Create charge.

The screen shows the QR Code and the Pix copy-and-paste code, with Copy Pix code and the time left before it expires. On a phone, New charge sits at the bottom of the screen.

To create charges through the API, see PIX Payments in the integration docs.

#Filters

  • Search: customer name, e-mail, document or identifier. The charge identifier with ch_ works too.
  • State: All states, Paid or completed, Waiting, In dispute (MED), Refunded, Cancelled, Expired, refused or not completed and Returned by the bank.
  • Period: Today, Last 7 days (the default), Last 30 days, This month, All time or Other period…, with From and To.
  • Currency: shows up when the account has transactions in more than one currency.
  • More filters: Type (Payments and withdrawals, Payments only, Withdrawals only), Origin (Any origin, API, Dashboard, Manual) and Amount from and Amount up to.

Filters live in the page address: when you come back from the details, the list is as you left it, and you can keep the link of a search.

#Totals

Above the list, the screen adds up the whole filter, not just the page:

  • Received: the gross of paid charges and how many there were.
  • Withdrawn (completed): the total of completed withdrawals and how many there were.
  • Transactions: how many rows the filter has.

Received and Withdrawn (completed) only show with All states or Paid or completed. With another state, only the count stays.

#The list

The columns are When, Movement, State, ID and Amount. The list refreshes on its own.

  • On a payment, Movement shows the customer's name (or "Customer not provided"), the method and the origin.
  • On a withdrawal, Movement shows "Withdrawal to your account" and the destination.
  • In Amount, "+" shows only on a payment that reached your balance. A withdrawal shows "−", except a failed withdrawal whose amount is already back in your balance.

States of a payment:

StateWhat it means
Awaiting paymentthe charge was created and not paid yet
Processingthe payment is being confirmed
Paidthe charge was paid
Expiredtime ran out without payment
Cancelledthe charge was cancelled without payment
Failedthe payment was not approved
Disputedthe payer opened a MED against this Pix
Refundedthe amount went back to the payer
Chargebackthe payer disputed the card purchase and the amount left your account

A withdrawal shows the states of the withdrawal screen (see How to withdraw) and, when it failed and the amount is already back, Refunded to balance.

#Payment details

Click a row to open the details on the side (on a phone, full screen, with Back to the list).

Paid charge. The Landed in your account highlight shows the net, fee already taken, and how much the customer paid. Money path shows each step:

  • Paid by the customer (gross), with the payment time;
  • Platform fee;
  • Net in your account;
  • Available to withdraw: when the amount is on hold, until when; when it was already released, when it moved to available; or that it reached your balance as soon as the sale was paid. If the release was cancelled by a refund or a MED, the screen says so and points to the statement.

When the charge is In dispute (MED), the path gets that step and the See the MEDs link, which opens the MED list filtered on this charge. Refunded and Chargeback also show as steps.

Unpaid charge. The Charge amount highlight says why nothing came in. While the charge waits for payment, the details show the QR Code and the Pix copy-and-paste code and refresh on their own.

Transaction data shows Customer, Document, E-mail, the E2E (click to copy), TXID (Pix), Identifier, Paid on and Origin, when they exist. If this transaction's fee was corrected, Adjusted fee shows up, with Fee charged, Correct fee and Difference.

At the end, Download receipt (PDF) downloads the receipt of a paid charge. For other final outcomes, the button is Download document (PDF). While the charge waits for payment or is in a MED, there is no document.

#Withdrawal details

A withdrawal's details show Withdrawal amount, the Progress (Requested → Approval → Sent to bank → Completed) and Transaction data: Destination, Withdrawal fee, Left your available balance and Identifier. See in Withdrawals (receipt and parts) opens the withdrawal screen, where the receipt and the parts of a split withdrawal are.
