Clients and network
The Clients tab of the manager console (Reseller Program → Partner) puts your clients and pending invites in a single list. The number next to the tab name is how many clients you have.
#The list
Use Search by name or email and the All, Active, Verification pending and Invites filters. Each filter shows how many items it has.
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Client | name and e-mail |
| Rate (pay-in · payout) | the rate the client pays today, as a percentage and a fixed amount. by tier when the client has no rate of their own. |
| Revenue | paid pay-ins in the period; below it, the net amount (net) |
| Withdrawals | withdrawal volume in the period |
| Transactions | how many pay-ins and withdrawals happened in the period |
| Your commission | your commission on that client in the period |
| Margin | on pay-ins, your direct pay-in commission divided by the client's pay-ins; on withdrawals, your direct withdrawal commission divided by the withdrawals. Commission from lower levels is left out. |
| Status | the status of the client's account, or Invite sent |
The numbers follow the period bar. With no period chosen, they are for the current month, and the footer says so. When the period figures do not load, the screen shows "—", never zero.
The footer shows how many items are on screen, the period and the totals of the listed clients: Revenue, Net, Withdrawals, transactions, commission and Pay-in margin. The footer commission is only the sum of the listed clients, without adjustments or former clients; that is why it can differ from the Commission on Home.
On a phone, the list shows name, commission and status. The rest is in the client's panel.
With no clients or invites, the screen says You have no clients yet. and points to the Invite client button (see Invite a client and set the rate).
#The client panel
Click a client to open their panel next to the list (below it, on small screens).
- At the top: name, e-mail and client since.
- Your commission in the period, Status (with the verification status) and Last activity.
- Client rate, with your cost next to it. The Pay-in and Payout lines say how much you earn per charge and per withdrawal. When the client's rate is not a configured price in percentage and fixed amount, the line says the earnings were not calculated.
- Payout: who approves this client's withdrawals.
- Payout waiting for you: this client's withdrawals waiting for your pre-approval, with the Pre-approve button.
- Withdrawable commission from this client: the lower of this client's commission and your total withdrawable amount. The withdrawal goes through Balance & withdrawals.
- Last months: paid volume and your commission, month by month.
- Client payouts: the most recent withdrawals, with their progress. see all takes you to the Balance & withdrawals tab.
At the end of the panel are Edit rate and payout, Full record and Remove.
#Remove a client
Click Remove and confirm. When you remove a client:
- you stop earning commission on their operations from now on;
- their rate stays the same;
- their withdrawals that were waiting for your pre-approval go to the platform review;
- the commission they already generated stays in your balance, and the client account keeps existing.
You can invite them again later.
#The invite panel
Click an Invite sent to see the e-mail, the date it was sent and what is still missing: accepting the invite in their dashboard (when the e-mail already has an account) or signing up through the link. Proposed rate shows the invite's pay-in and payout.
- Copy invite link copies the sign-up link again.
- Cancel invite makes the link stop working. You can invite again later.
#Full record
Full record opens the client's page. Back to clients returns to the list.
At the top is the same panel as the Clients tab, with the current month's numbers. Below it, Since the link:
- Brand (when there is one), Document (masked), Client since and Transactions.
- For each currency: Paid pay-ins, Completed payouts and Your commission, all counted since the link. When part of the commission came from clients below them, the card says how much.
- Breakdown: each entry with Type, Status (To be released, Available, Withdrawn), Gross and Your commission.
- Commission per month (in BRL).
- At the end, the Account ID.
If the client is not in your network, the page says Client not found in your network.
#Full network
At the end of the tab is the collapsed Full network section: the levels below your clients and the consolidated financials. Click to open it.
#Network tree
The clients in your network, grouped by Level. Each level opens and closes with a click.
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Name | account name; "(inactive)" when the account is not active |
| Type | Manager, Partner or Client |
| Status | status of the record |
| KYC | Complete when verification is done |
| Children | whether the account has accounts below it |
When the network is very deep, the screen warns that some levels may not be shown.
#Edit the network
When editing is enabled for you, the tree description says "You can edit the ones enabled for you." and the Edit button shows on Manager and Partner rows.
The form has the pay-in and payout rates as percentages (with the floor next to them), Retention (days), Can pre-approve and Automatic withdrawal. A high rate asks you to tick a confirmation before saving. Click Save.
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| "The network changed since you opened it — reload and try again." | Someone else changed the network. Click Reload and redo it. |
| "You are not allowed to edit this client in the network." | That client is not enabled for you. |
| "Network editing is turned off right now." | Editing was turned off. The Edit button disappears. |
#Consolidated financials (by currency)
Volume and accrued commission of your network, by currency, with no total across currencies. It follows the period bar.
- One card per currency: Pay-in volume, Payout volume, Accrued commission, how many clients and how many with complete KYC.
- Ranking (top 10 by pay-in volume), by currency.
- Monthly series: pay-ins and commission for each month.
The network tree and financials need to be enabled by the platform team. Without that, each card says you are not enabled yet and asks you to contact BlinkyPay.
