Balance & Statement
This screen shows your wallet balance in each currency and every entry that changed it. In the menu, open Money → Balance & Statement.
At the top, Display values in picks the currency: one currency shows only its wallet, with real values; All currencies adds up the wallets, converted into a single currency. Converted amounts are estimates, with a reference rate, and are not used for settlement.
#The balance
- Available balance: the wallet balance in the chosen currency.
- To be released: sales still in the holding period. When the date is known, the screen shows when the amount becomes available.
- Held by MED: only shows up when an amount is held by an open MED. It includes what an open MED already debited; in that case the screen says the amount already left your balance.
How much you can withdraw now, with the withdrawal fee, shows on Home and in How to withdraw.
The Charge (opens Payment Links) and Withdraw (opens the withdrawal screen) buttons sit next to the balance.
Other currencies shows the wallets in other currencies, each with its available amount and the approximate value in the chosen currency.
#The statement
The Statement lists the wallet entries. Use the filters to narrow it down:
- Type: All, Credit, Debit, Fee, Refund, Withholding, Release or Adjustment.
- Start date and End date: the days follow your account's time zone.
- Clear goes back to the initial filters.
With one currency in Display values in, the statement shows only its entries; with All currencies, those of every wallet.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Description | what the entry was |
| Type | Credit, Debit, Fee, Refund, Withholding, Release or Adjustment |
| Amount | "+" when it came into the balance, "−" when it went out |
| Balance after | the wallet balance after the entry, to reconcile |
| Date | when the entry happened |
| Source | View opens the charge or withdrawal the entry came from |
Export CSV downloads the statement with the same filters as the screen. When the range is too large, the screen exports the most recent entries and tells you: for the rest, pick a shorter period.

#Transfer balance
Transfer sends balance to another BlinkyPay account, using its registered email.
- Type the Recipient email.
- Type the Amount. Right below, Will transfer shows the amount as the screen read it.
- Pick the Currency, among the wallets you have.
- If you want, write a Note (optional).
- Click Review transfer.
- The review shows the amount, the name of the receiving account (To), the email and the note. Check it: the amount lands in the other account right away and can't be undone.
- If your account requires 2FA for withdrawals and transfers, type the authenticator app code.
- Click the Transfer button, which shows the amount.
The authenticator code is asked when Require 2FA for withdrawals and transfers is on in Settings → Security. See Second factor (2FA).
#Add a wallet in another currency
Add wallet / currency creates a wallet to receive and withdraw in a separate currency. Pick the Currency, the Wallet type and, if you want, a Label, and click Create wallet.
The list only has the currencies enabled for your account in which you do not have a wallet yet. With none, the screen says "No currencies available to add." or "You already have wallets in every available currency."
